Privacy Policy

DRAFT — pending legal review. This describes current practice in plain language and is not yet final legal text.

The short version

Quantum Clarity is a personal planner. Your plans, notes, and progress are yours. We don’t sell your data, we don’t run third-party advertising or tracking SDKs, and the most sensitive things you write are encrypted so that even we can’t casually read them.

What we store

Your account (email address), the content you create (tasks, lists, routines, goals, notes, and pack data), and basic usage needed to run the product. Sensitive fields — such as your identity and mantra, journal-style content, finance amounts, and beauty product notes — are encrypted at rest with per-user keys (envelope encryption), so they are stored as ciphertext, not plain text.

How we use it

Only to provide the product: to show you your plan, sync it across your devices, send reminders you’ve set, and power features you explicitly use. Privacy-respecting product analytics (aggregate counts, never the content of what you write) help us understand which features help.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the app: our hosting provider, our database/authentication provider, and — only when you use an AI feature — our AI provider, which receives the minimal context needed for that request. We don’t sell or rent your data to anyone.

Your controls

You can export all of your data at any time, and you can delete your account, which removes your data from our systems. Both are self-serve in Settings.

Children

Quantum Clarity is intended for people 13 and older. We ask you to confirm your age before you use the app and do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
