Terms of Service

Using Quantum Clarity

By using Quantum Clarity you agree to these terms. You must be 13 or older to use the app. Keep your account secure and use it lawfully.

Your content is yours

You keep all rights to the content you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display it back to you so the product works. We don’t claim ownership of your plans, notes, or progress.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the app to break the law, infringe others’ rights, attempt to disrupt or reverse the service, or upload content you don’t have the right to store.

Availability

Quantum Clarity is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis while it grows. We work to keep it reliable, but we can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Ending your use

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; we’ll make the current version available in the app.
